These Terms of Service ("Terms") and End User License Agreement ("EULA") govern your access to and use of zomage.org and software applications operated by Zomage LLC ("Zomage," "we," "us"), including the ZoFriends mobile application.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use social services provided by Zomage LLC.

2. User Content & Community Guidelines

You agree not to post, transmit, or share objectionable content, including harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or explicit materials.

• User Blocking: You may block any user at any time to immediately stop receiving messages or seeing their profile.
• In-App Reporting: You can report objectionable content or abusive profiles directly within the app.
• Action on Reports: We actively review reported content and accounts, and we reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently disable any account that violates our terms of service or community guidelines.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties. Zomage LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
